Interplay goes from bad to worse...

With the late release of Starfleet Academy and the cancellation of The Secret Of Vulcan Fury Interplay's credibility with the Star Trek fans was starting to go on a serious decline.

No one knows why Interplay actually bothered to release a Pinball Star Trek game, this much was certain though, PinBall on the PC was still pinball, even if the images of the pinball surface had the Enterprise on it...

It's been said that Interplay at the time was needing more and more cash for the failing Secret Of Vulcan Fury game, and that the Trek Pinball game was a way to get some cash into it...it didn't work though, Pinball was hated in the trek world and the Secret Of Vulcan Fury was cancelled soon after the release of this game.
