That weapon is an ISC weapon called a palsmatic pulsar device or ppd .It is an original weapon of the Insterstellar Concordian.That ship probably has heavier shields and more warp power than the stock one we use.

You would want to avaid that weapon in overload mode although using lots of ecm will throw it off.

make sure all "flash" players are up to date as mine are and all tags i postedwork fine for me

edit update{ i just checked with my Internet explorer and i got the same pix you got and yet my flash players are not up to date with IE

currently i use Firefox and all flash players are current with that so thats why i see "normal" view.
lemme update IE flash players and ill get back woth ya and see if IE flash players up date makes a difference.....BRB

No.I don't but you don't need to use the embbeded code as you can use the bbcode which is on the board already I am not sure about livevideo though just use the url not the embbeded code.
