Complete reformat of the boards

Ok, theres is just far too many dead boards in here.

Starting tonight and finishing early Thursday a new rule set will be inplace and all the dead forums (with the exception of the hosted ones) will be closed and merged with other relevant forums.

It's time to really start cutting out the dead wood of this board and keep the active forums fresh since this board now covers 2 sites it's gonna have to be easy to navigate though and thats what i intend to do.

Some of you may not like the new ruleset, however this board has a reputation of being new user unfriendly which is why the majority of the board will soon have a strict no flaming policy ineffect from this weekend and the boards like the politicial discussions forum will remain hidden for people who dont want to take part in it.

Think of it this way. This forum was originally started in 2000, its been running in various forumats for 7 years and still doesnt reflect the hundred thousand hit site that it's attached to. We need to bring the visitors of the main site into this board and the only way to do that would be to make it more simpler with a family friendly atmosphere.
