The Clan Directory is back up

Just a note to let all the fleets and clans know that the clan directory for the STGD is back up and running.



It's basically been 3 months since the directory itself was fully working so the listings are 3 months old.  If your fleet is already in the directory and you want to update your listing, just make a new entry and delete your old one
