I Need Help With Doing A Modification To Starfleet Command 3, Please Help

What I need help with is changing the limit to the type of ships I can have in my fleet in single player conquest mode. Example being able to have all the other two ships be sovereign class. If there is anyone that can help me please send me a private message telling me how or post a reply to my post. I have been trying to figure this out for weeks!

You can use Excel for this make a back up and inset the number in excel of the default and loadout list in you SFC3 game folder.You can then insert the two Sovies you want to place in it.
