can you make me a Banner, or tell me how to make one for my Forum?

i have tried reading up on it, but i still dont understand it?

Enigma made my Sig, but he is awfully Busy, and i cant find anyone else to help me, if i could get someone to add a line on the boarder of the sig like " Visit The Delta Quadrant", and then if they clicked on it, it will take them there, that would totally Rule Man!!!

But i can't find no one..........sigh

Moved to tech help.You could aways give Gray a call or PM him.He is good at making Sigs as well.
