I dont think vic will mind me posting about the next competition due to open in the next 2 weeks. It's not really a competition though, its the return of the Star Trek Gaming Census. It's the one thing that was missed last year due to problems with the site and the moving and crash of the forum installs.


There will be more details once the census is announced.

It's another Star Trek game pack, one of the 10 we have in the STGD's massive buy out of a load of trek games we got from the local gaming store. This pack contains 4 full games.

Star Trek: Armada

Star Trek: Elite Force

Star Trek: Away Team

Star Trek: Hidden Evil

Armada and EF are now basically classics. The other 2 games are...well...not so good, hidden evil is not so bad but away team is ikky.

The census will hopefully be started in two weeks and will run for a full month.

I got a chuckle out of this one. I don't think I've ever heard a game called "ikky" before. "crappy", "lousy", "pathetic" and others along those lines, but not "ikky". Just curious, where does ikky rank in relation to the other words I've listed? Is it worse than pathetic? (my usual word for really bad games)

:doh My view of it was "rank" - as in something decomposing - not a bad game but a contender for one of the worst of all time.
