I honestly have no idea what your problem with STO is lately other than the server issues which happen every now and then. The story is good and getting better with the (free) expansion and there are more people playing STO than have played all of the previous Trek games combined.

The company did not pay its employees for several months and the company went bankrupt. There were rumors of someone buying it until Spyglass bought MGM and canned all of the Stargate franchise.

Not sure if you've played it yourself Victor, but it isn't actually as bad as some of the reviewers make it out to be.

None of the bugs I've noticed break the game and when everything is working smoothly, it looks really great.

I believe there will be a couple of patches forthcoming to fix the majority of issues.
