Bethesda Softworks Favoutite Podcast
Today we are joined by DocPhoton, the filers team, the final fronteir team and
Chris Jones along with his son Ken Jones.
Part 1
I start off by making a public announcement for the listeners on ITunes who dont
know about the blackballing of Argus Array and STG on the official Bethesda
Softworks Star Trek games forums and we answer the accusations which started
from Bethesda's direction (albeit unknowingly) of STG threatening to hack the
official boards.
We then move on to patching and modding of Star Trek: Legacy including several
reports from our contacts in which it is said that Bethesda and NOT MadDoc are
working on the patches. We also chat about Ultimate Universe mod and the
Community Mod by Trickster and "the community". Later on Acid mentions about the
new interface being worked on for the Legacy Ultimate Universe mod and the
continuing gorwing team of modders including folks like starforce, cheifbrex,
Delta, One, X, Remore, tjoz and other well known modders who are now
contributing to Chris Jones Ultimate Universe mod.
We have a quick chat about Bethesda Softworks buying out Interplays old FallOut
franchise. We then chat about the inpending release on the 31st of January of
Windows Vista and the impact it will have on the gaming world.
We finish off part 1 with a look at the 20th anniversary of Star Trek: The Next
Generation.
